For my first-year Web Authoring module, my lecturer asked us to design and develop a completely new, and responsive, website based on a brand or a band. I chose to develop my website around the Arctic Monkeys. This decision was made due to the Arctic Monkeys current website being lacklustre and having an extremely ugly user interface.
The website was developed over the course of three months using HTML5. The main feature of the site is the “Discography” section which allows the user to create and personalise their own unique Arctic Monkeys Album.
The project allowed me to use, and improve, my skills of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It also gained me a first class grade for the module
